Zorra' stayed silently, not glancing at Laur'ah

Damien glanced over at the two and sighed softly

Fyrn was standing in the mouth of a cave, searching the skies with his brown eyes.

Lozrn appeared at the foot of helgrind. she shivered, and then Galbatorix transformed her into a green dragon egg.

Wydra and Domia soon arrived at the cave and landed and Damien jumped off whilst Zorra' slowly sid off

Fyrn said I saw what happened through your eyes, and I swear I saw a green something down at the base of the cave

"thanks Fyrn" Laur'ah said, sliding of Wyrda. She walked ovber to him and put a hand on his leg.

I need to go for a fly he said. Fyrn jumped out of the edge of the cave and flew through the sky,

Wydra watched Fyrn fly off

Domia snorted

Zorra' sighed

DAmien sat down

Laur'ah said "I'll check out what Fyrn saw," and with that, she jumped out of the cave.

Jack, Sokaro and Scabius reterned

Zorra' watched Laur'ah go, what was all this about?

Damien closed his eyes, lying back

Laur'ahreterned 5 minutes later followed by Fyrn. He went to the back of the cave. In Laur'ah's hands, she held a green dragon egg. "Its a egg." she said, confused.

(Lozrn isnt really bad, for decades she has had her mind twisted and tomented by Galbatorix. Jackelin knew Lozrn before she went evil, he knows shes not bad

I want Damien to becom eher rider and I want him to name her Kostha [it is the first part of the Dwarvish word for lake])

Damien lifted his legs then swung them, jumping up and walekd over towards Laur'ah and knelt beside her"hm, it is too"

Zorra' stood up and walked over, looking a the egg

Laur'ah felt a bit weird "its green" she said. She shoved it into Damien's hands and sat down on the floor. Fyrn grumbled in his throat.

Damien blinked and looked down at the green egg, huh?why give it to him?

Zorra' sat next to Damien and stared at the egg

your the only one here who could have it if it hatched. Fyrn said
"All of us humans are dragon riders or former dragon riders " Laur'ah said

Damien sighed"fine, i never said i wanted to be one though"

Wydra growled softly

"hey,hey never said i didn't like dragons but i don't wanna be a dragon rider"Damien said, looking at Wydra then at the egg

"we need all the help we can get" Scabius said from a dark corner

Damien basically jumped feety feet in the air"holey crap!"he said"since when were you there?"

"since 5 minutes ago" Scabius said, shrugging. Laur'ah cracked up laughing

Damien glared at Laur'ah"not.....funny...."he said


Mage galloped on, with Kai and Yaya running beside hima dn Haku on his back then skidded to a stop infront of the cave cliff and turned around to face the horse and person chasing them"What do you want?!"Mage asked sternly

Ringlet shook his head in surprise, taking a step abck"Your like me"he said but shut up quickly when Sonya dug her heels into him then felt Sonya dismount
Sonya stepped infront of Ringlet"You know what we want"she said"two reasons. To kill the three peasants and capture you, your worth alot of money."

Mage snorted and shook his head, jerking back
Haku dismounted Mage and stepped a few metres infront of them"Try it"he said"come towards me with all your force, try to attack me"

"you asked for it"Sonya said, drawing her sword then ran towards Haku, sword forward then after getting withing a metre to him she was suddenly repealed and flung back, alnding on her back near Ringlet and she got back up and she tried againa nd again for 10 minutes

Haku sighed in frustration"when will you learn?!"he all but shouted then connected his hands by his wrist and opened them, facing his palms to the ground and he mumbled something quickly and little sparks of lightning were forming infront of his palsm

"what the fu-"Sonya began but was suddenly hit with a small ball of lightning and was flown back into the forest with such force a heap of trees broke

Haku glared at where Sonya disappeared then straihtened himself and looked at Ringlet

Ringlet looekd back where Sonya went then back at Haku then stared at Mage before turning and galloping off towards Sonya


"glad that's over"Haku said and sighed heavily then fell back, sitting down then laid down, staring at the sky


"don't you think people will come for us?"Mage and Yaya asked

"if they do i will protect you all. After all i did swear to it that i would"Haku replied not removing his gaze from the wide sky which was now bright blue

the green egg shook violently and large cracks raced across its surface

Damien sat back and watched the egg

Laur'ah croached down next to Damien and watched, Scabius wandered off to lean against a wall.

The egg split open, and what appeared to be a baby green female dragon.

Damien smiled"cool"he said

Haku heard another voice then looekd up and saw a cave, he never had noticed it before

Wydra saw Hakua nd growled, flew out the cave and landed down on the ground a few metres from Haku and the others what do you want!? she growled

Haku looekd at Wydra and blinked "a dragon....where's your rider?"

Wydra growled y should i tell you that?!

Haku clenched his teeth "for a tiny dragon you sure have a big additude!"

additude?! i'll show you additude! Wydra growled menacingly

"oooooh wow, i'm sooooooo scared!"Haku said, sarcastically, pretending to be scared

Laur'ah stared in wonder, and Fyrn walked over to get a look. The green dragon looked up at everyone with large, curious bright green eyes.

Damien smiled at the baby dragon

Wydra growled again then roared you really have an additude of your own! then she flew high in the air and instead of going for Haku she went towards Mage, Yaya and Kai

Haku connected his wrists, hands down adn open and mumbled something abd a ball of lightning appeared then he shot it towards Wydra and it got square in one of her shoulders and she plummeted to the ground and into the forest with a huge earth quaking crash

Fyrn looked up from the dragon and roared at the sound of the karge crash. Laur'ahacted by instint, she jumped on Fyrn's back and he flew out of the cave

Haku looked up quickly and saw the other drgons and his rider and backed up to Mage, Yaya and Kai
